IIf a pilot cancels 45 days or more before the first day of their scheduled tour, they can move their deposit to another date/tour.

If a pilot cancels less than 30 days before the first day of their tour, they forfeit their deposit.

If a pilot cancels 21 days or less before the first day of travel for the tour they forfeit their deposit and payment.

If the course is canceled by Paragliding Guides pilots will get a full refund.
